Shipping & Returns
Our return policy is simple. If you don't love your Rad Room Shop products, then please contact us within 7 days and we'll do everything we can to make things right. We do ask that any returns that are not manufacturing defects, be in original condition / packaging. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend all return packages be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping or come up with a solution to make sure you are 100% happy! Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any concerns or to initiate the return process.
All orders are shipped out within 2-3 days and typically arrive within a week. Tracking info is provided once the order has been shipped. Please contact us if you have any issues.
